The spiritual leader and founder of City of Refuge Church, Prophet Dr. Mulindwa Jules, will carry out an evangelical visit to Matadi, the capital city of Kongo Central Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Asked about the program for this event during the podcast C’est le Congo ou rien, Mulindwa Jules said that it will take place on May 30 and 31, 2026, at Madar Stadium in Matadi.
It is important to note that City of Refuge Church, led by Prophet Mulindwa Jules, has gained remarkable influence in this part of the country.
Kongo Central Province alone has no fewer than 20 branches of EPLM, commonly known as City of Refuge Church. The prophet cited some of his church branches in this region, such as Matadi, Kisantu, Boma, Moanda, Mbanza-Ngungu, Tshela, Soyo, and others.
He extended a special invitation to all those who are weary, promising them healing from their sicknesses and other problems.
“You are all invited to this special event. I am the horse of the Lord. I carry God on my back, and He has told me that whoever sees me will be healed immediately,” said the prophet.
On social media platforms, people in Matadi are already expressing their excitement about this announcement, as many of them believe that this day will be a day of deliverance and healing.
Prophet Mulindwa Jules’ journey to Matadi will be his second tour after completing his first mission in the eastern part of the country in March and April.
This tour began in Kisangani, in Tshopo Province, followed by Bunia in Ituri Province and Butembo and Beni in North Kivu Province.
During this tour, the prophet’s gatherings attracted hundreds of thousands of people, and miracles were reported throughout the region.
Mulindwa Jules has devoted his travels across the country this year to spreading the Gospel and encouraging people to be responsible citizens who work alongside the authorities and never against them.
For him, being a true patriot is one of the qualities that every true believer must possess.
