Prophet Mulindwa Jules Concludes Evangelistic Visits to Kasumbalesa and Fungurume as DRC tour Continues

Prophet Dr. Mulindwa Jules has continued his evangelistic journey across the Democratic Republic of the Congo, bringing messages of faith, national unity, and civic responsibility to communities in Kasumbalesa and Fungurume.

His visit to Fungurume, a rural municipality in Lubudi Territory, Lualaba Province, marked another significant stage in his ongoing ministry.

A Triumphal Welcome in Fungurume

On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Prophet Dr. Mulindwa Jules arrived in Fungurume at the head of his delegation, where members of the local City of Refuge Church warmly welcomed him.

The enthusiastic reception followed his earlier stop in Kakanda, where he made a contribution of 2,250,000 Congolese francs, equivalent to US$1,000, as an act of solidarity.

His visit to Fungurume brought together members of the local congregation for two days of prayer, worship, and biblical teaching.

During his visit to the City of Refuge Church in Fungurume, Prophet Mulindwa Jules structured his message around two main themes.

The first focused on declarations of faith and prayers of blessing for the local community. The second centered on spiritual teaching rooted in the Scriptures.

On Thursday, October 22, after two intensive days of activities, the visit concluded with a vibrant worship session in honor of Christ, followed by the final part of the Prophet’s message.

He emphasized several principles that he considers fundamental for those who believe in Christ, including believers’ identity as children of God, citing 1 John 3:1; obedience to God’s Word; love for one’s neighbor; and patriotism.

He also called on believers to support the country’s legally established institutions, particularly the presidency of the Democratic Republic of the Congo under President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi. The gathering concluded with a prayer for deliverance and spiritual comfort, accompanied by an anointing with oil. The event left the congregation encouraged and spiritually strengthened.

In Kasumbalesa, Prophet Mulindwa Jules Called for Faith, National Unity, and Civic Responsibility

Before travelling to Lualaba Province, Prophet Dr. Mulindwa Jules spent 48 hours in Kasumbalesa, a border city in Sakania Territory, Haut-Katanga Province.

During his stay, he delivered a series of messages centered on faith in God, national cohesion, and civic responsibility.

The local City of Refuge Church, coordinated by Apostle Martin Muganza, warmly welcomed the Prophet and his delegation.

Addressing a gathering of believers seeking spiritual guidance, Prophet Mulindwa Jules urged the Wateule to abandon idol worship and turn to the one true God, whom he identified through the Scriptures as Emmanuel.

Referring to the redemptive work of Christ, he explained that humanity, once separated from God by sin, can regain its spiritual dignity and become a dwelling place for God through faith.

He cited John 1:12 to support his message about the privilege of becoming children of God through faith in Christ.

1. Biblical Truth and Spiritual Authority

On the second day of his visit, the Prophet focused on the importance of understanding biblical truth, which he described as a source of freedom.

Drawing on Luke 10:19, he taught that believers who have received Emmanuel “God with us” should understand the spiritual authority available to them through faith and obedience to God’s Word.

According to his teaching, Believers should not feel compelled to undertake repeated pilgrimages to mountains or visit prayer chambers in search of miracles. Instead, he encouraged them to understand and apply the teachings of the Bible in their daily lives. He further maintained that believers can rely on the authority they receive through faith in confronting what he described as the works of Satan, including sickness and curses.

2. Patriotism, National Unity, and Respect for Institutions

Another central theme of the Prophet’s message was the relationship between the Church and the State. Prophet Mulindwa Jules argued that the Church should not position itself as a political opposition force, describing such an approach as contrary to his understanding of God’s will.

He encouraged the chosen ones to demonstrate their love for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi, and the Congolese people in all their diversity.

To illustrate his message of national unity, he used a family metaphor, describing the Congo as a mother who gave birth to four symbolic sons: Mukongo, Muswahili, Mungala, and Muluba, whom he described as the youngest. Through this illustration, he emphasized the idea that the country’s different communities belong to one national family and should work towards unity rather than division.

3. Prophet Raises Concerns About Orphanages and Calls for Greater Oversight

Beyond spiritual matters, Prophet Mulindwa Jules raised concerns about the management of certain orphanages operating across the country.

He alleged that some institutions which present themselves as humanitarian organizations could be concealing satanic activities and human organ trafficking networks.

These allegations were presented as part of his call for stronger oversight of institutions responsible for caring for vulnerable children.

The Prophet urged the Congolese authorities to conduct a comprehensive census of orphanages across the country and establish strict monitoring mechanisms to track the children accommodated in these facilities and ensure their safety. His appeal highlighted the importance of protecting vulnerable children and ensuring that institutions established to care for them operate transparently and responsibly.

A Journey Combining Faith and Civic Engagement

The visits to Kasumbalesa and Fungurume formed part of Prophet Dr. Mulindwa Jules’s wider evangelistic journey across the Democratic Republic of the Congo and that was after a great gathering in Kibasa Maliba stadium in Lubumbashi and before going on with his tour to Kolwezi in Lualaba province, which will be the ending point of this evangelistic journey.

Across both communities, his messages addressed not only prayer and biblical teaching but also patriotism, national unity, respect for public institutions, and the protection of vulnerable children.

As his delegation continues its journey, these visits reflect the themes that have characterized his public ministry: faith in God, the application of biblical principles, and a call for Congolese citizens to contribute to the well-being of their country.
